11時50分頃に入店、先客なくカウンター席に座りメニューの中から究極の親子丼と迷って薬味好きなので山椒親子丼に。
先ずは鶏スープを一口喉を潤してからの黄身を潰して親子丼に。
濃厚な黄身の味と弾力のある鶏肉でごはんが進みます。
ぶどう山椒の香りよく次第に舌先が痺れてきます。途中で七味をかけ辛味を足しての完食です。
