土曜の12時前に飛び込みで空いている最後の席に滑り込み。
何にしようか迷っていると、メニューに"あの名作バーガーのオマージュ"という説明と写真があり、もうアレ。
30過ぎた頃からあそこのを食べると舌が塩でピリピリしてしまうのと、最近は値段も簡単に一千円超えるようになってきたので足が遠のいていたのだが、元々ビッグなアイツは好きだったので注文。
本家を一回り大きくした感じ。バンズやパティの構成だけでなく、レタス細切り、ソースも少し酸味のあるサウザンチックなあの感じと再現度高し。
本家よりパティがしっかりで食べ応えあるし味も好きなので満足しつつも、似過ぎていて新鮮味はちょっと薄目。次はオリジナリティあるものを選ぶかー。
