ビルの3階にあるこの店に、２軒目として訪問。
白木のカウンターが素敵なお店。カウンター内には、生真面目そうな男性がひとりで切り盛りしている様子。
白のフレンチワインを空ける。ワインは全てオーガニックのビオデナミ農法で作られたものとのこと。１軒目に比べて倍以上のお値段だが、確かに美味しい。
良く塩味の効いた生ハムがお通しで出される。チーズの盛り合わせなどをつまみながら、ゆっくりとワインと会話を楽しむ。
お会計を終え、店を後にする時、カウンター内のマスターが、エレベーターを待つ間中ずっと最敬礼でお辞儀させていたのが印象的でした。
今度は１軒目として来店したい店ですね。
