真夏日の昼下がり、おおよその店はラストオーダーが終わり、ランチ難民になってたところ路地の奥にこのお店を発見！
何の情報もなかったですが、お客さんがほどほど入っていたのと店員さんが本場の方だったので間違いないだろうと入店。
インド風炒飯とでもいうのだろうか、「ティップチキンビリヤニ」１つ選べるカレーは「ほうれん草とチキン」マイルドのセット（1,300円税込）しました。メニューにカレーの辛さは唐辛子マークで示してありますが、何頼んでも辛さはどうするか聞いてくれるので、唐辛子マークがついていてもマイルドにしてくれるようです。
先に妻が頼んだカレーセットのナンをつまみ食いすると、なんとバターの聞いた、こういうパンがあってもいいんじゃないかと思うぐらい外はカリッと中はもちもちでバターの効いた最高に美味いナンでした。カレーをつけずに3口くらい頂きました。
暫くしてビリヤニ到着。
ビリヤニ自体はあっさりしたスパイスでそれほどインパクトのあるものではありませんでしたが、カレーが濃厚でうま味が詰まっていてとても美味しかったです。ビリヤニの中にも大きめのチキンがゴロゴロ入っていて、このチキンのカレーソースがビリヤニの下に広がってちょうどよい味になっているのでした。
選べるカレーの中のシェフカレーというのは14時でもう売り切れだったのですが、カレーがこれだけ美味しいならきっとめちゃくちゃ旨いと想像してしまいます！
