2023年8月に10周年を迎えた南青山のクリントン・ストリート・ベイキング・カンパニー。
East Village (マンハッタン島の下のエリア/Lower Manhattan) にある本店はオーナーシェフのニール・クレインバーグらが良質の材料とホームメイドにこだわったニューヨーク随一のメニューを提供する事をコンセプトとして2001年に創業した名店。
中でもNY No.1のブルーベリー・パンケーキは評判を呼び､かのニューヨーク・マガジン誌で二度も最高の評価を得た他､シンプルで美味しいオムレツやベネディクトにサンドイッチなども人気。
南青山店もカフェ百名店に2021~22と選ばれています。
フラっと行くと入れない事も多いので行きたい日時があれば事前予約をしておくに限ります。
今日は久々にバーガーが食べたいと思っていたのでオーダーはチーズバーガー!!
牛100％の自家製挽肉を使用したパテのチーズバーガー､チーズは優しいテイストのスイスチーズか濃厚なチェダーチーズを選べ､チェダーで。
フレンチフライ(フライドポテト)と自家製コールスロー付き。
10:37に注文､提供まで20分程かかるとの事､
実際には11:02に着皿(約25分)。
余談ですが今日11/1で色々なレストランの予約開始日､今日は朝10時から鮨処やまとに電話しまくって多分400回くらい電話して11:11に繋がりバーガーをちょっと中断して無事12月の予約が完了w
甘みのある炒め玉葱をパン・ダビニョンのバンズで挟んで肉厚のパテと濃厚チェダーで､うおぉ牛パテとチーズのハーモニーがめちゃヤバっ‼︎
なんだコレ､めちゃくちゃ旨〜い❣️
コーラが当然の如くめっちゃ合う合う◎
フレンチフライとコールスローもすっごく美味‼︎
最初軽いかなと思いきや適当に量も合って大満足✨ ご馳走様♪
