ワインのペアリングは しっかりお写真だけ撮らせてもらいました。
10品の懐石料理。
どれも 繊細で余分なものがなく シンプルで 10品があっという間でした。
個人的に ひんやり系で始まってからの、鴨のカツレツと日本ワサビが すごい好みでした。
それがメインでも良いくらいなのに更に！
鮑と・・・ そして
赤毛和牛【阿蘇王】のステーキも最高でした。
名前もカッコ良い。
デザートは2品出てきました。
白いコーヒーは初体験！！ 最後は ハーブティー。
少しずつ身体に優しいお料理たちで10品 残さずいただきました。
