祝日の正午、店頭にはすでに20人の行列。
並ぶしかない。若い子が多いが、外国人もいる。
待つこと40分。
店内は15席のエル字カウンター。厨房4人とホール2人体制。ＢＧＭは軽いジャズピアノ曲、
オーダーは、天然車海老と野菜天のせいろ蕎麦。
待つこと数分で、到着。
蕎麦は、甘みがあるが、水切りがやや足らない。
車海老、厚切りの新玉ねぎ、アスパラ、ニンジンの天ぷらはサクサク。玉ねぎは甘し。
場所は表参道のメイン通りで、お隣はポルシェのディーラー。
この立地で、1078円はめちゃくちゃお得❗️
そら、行列もしますね。
