誕生日に予約をして来店。何かで保存しておいたお店。TVに出てたのかな。コスパが良い！と。
夜の予約でコースはおまかせ。
時間になっても中に入れず10品ほど待ち。
理由はインバウンドのお客さんが店内で配車タクシー待ちという理由。ここで一回、あれ？と思う。笑
お店は小さなカウンターと個室に分かれています。
予約は一斉スタートではないようで凸凹に予約を取っているよう。
後ろの時間も切っていないようで、前から入ってるお客さんと私たち、出る時間同じくらいでした。
それもあってか、カウンター沿いで飲んでるおじさまとても声が大きい。お鮨そっちのけで会話に夢中。これは良くない。さらにはカウンターで電話を取るなどこの価格帯ではあり得ない振る舞い。
しかしながら、それらを注意できないお店側に原因があるのだなと思いました。
予約の入退店時間や店内でも客側の礼儀など、お店、大将からビシッと伝えてもらった方が我々お客さん、その他のお客さんにとっても良いのだと思うのだけど。
