青山の外れにある、こじんまりとしたバー。優しそうなお人柄の店主がお一人で営業されています。
「カリビアンスパイスカレー」というので、カリブ海にもカレーがあるのかと思ったら、どうやら「カリビアン風の」スパイスカレーという意味のようです(笑)
どのへんがカリビアンかというと、カリブ海でよく使われるオールスパイスが多く使われているところがポイントとのこと。トマトと玉ねぎの甘味と酸味がたっぷりで、具はほぼ肉というか、肉がほぼほぼルー全体にとけています。鶏肉の旨味が強く、美味しゅうございます。
店主が丁寧に作っている感じが伝わってくる、界隈でも穴場な優良店です！
