週末のディナーで訪問。
表参道の骨董通り沿いにあるお店で、スターバックスが目印になります。
調理長おまかせ特選コース(¥10,000)を予約時に選択。
全部でデザートを含め23品のコースで、とてもボリューム感があると同時に、最高の焼き鳥の味わいでした。
まず驚いたのは、鶏の柔らかさと焼きの絶妙なバランス。
レバーもこれまでに経験したことのない食感で、とても印象的でした。
最初に出てきたカブの前菜も見せ方とその味わいの両方がとても良かったです。
カウンター席の目の前で、焼き鳥を焼くところを見ることができ、楽しませてもらいました。
とても満足感が高く、お店の方にお礼を言って帰ろうとしたところ、なんとそぼろ弁当をお土産で渡してくれた のです。
ビックリしたのですが、感動してしまいました。
ランチ、ディナーの両方で定期的に訪問したいお店です！
