○三浦の朝採れ蒸し野菜と鮮魚のカルパッチョ
音符のお皿で出てきたこちら！
カルパッチョはタイで、味がついてて美味しい！
では、音符の調味料は何に使うかというと、蒸し野菜で使用！
蒸し野菜は新鮮で種類豊富。
そのまま食べて甘味や旨みが強いが、醤油のソースと柚子胡椒マヨをつけるとさらに美味しくなる。
○蔭山樓特製 大きなエビのマヨネーズソース和え
→新しいえびマヨ。
エビはパリッパリにあげられていて、上はソースで若干しっとり、下はパリッパリの部分が活きてるので、そのままかぶりつく！
マヨソースも美味いが、このパリッパリ加減が癖になるなぁ。
大きなエビマヨで満足感もあって最高！
○フカヒレの姿煮
→立派なフカヒレ、何よりソースがものすごく美味しい。
ソースはお店自慢のスープを利用してるみたいで、コクがあって美味しい！
お店おすすめの赤酢を2〜3滴垂らして食べると味変になってさらに美味しくなる。
○鶏白湯ラーメン（ハーフ）
こちらの定番をハーフでいただく！
麺は浅草開化楼なので、太めでコシがあって美味い。
何より鶏白湯スープがうますぎる。鶏の旨みがずっしりと出てて、スープを飲む手がとまらない。
半分食べたら味変でレモンを絞る。さっぱりした後口もさらにいい。
○自家製杏仁豆腐
食感はぷるっと軽くて柔らかめ、味が濃厚で美味しすぎる〜。
この手の杏仁豆腐がめちゃくちゃ好き！
ジャスミンハイや紹興酒なども頂き、中華コース大満喫！
