平日だし、ハラカド出来たし(ざっくり見たけど気になる店無し)、雨だし空いてるだろうと、表参道ヒルズに。
美容院の前にソロ飯だけど、ゆっくり食べたかったので、こちらに。
ローストビーフ丼も気になりましたが、ハンバーグステーキにサラダ、スープ、コーヒー付きにしました。
テンポ良くお料理が出てきます。サラダはフレンチとサウザン両方かけてるのかな？野菜の甘みが引き立って良い感じ。スープは何の説明もなく、コーンスープ。胡椒欲しいけど、嫌いな味じゃない。でも、どこかで食べた味。
ハンバーグは、ソースが選べます。ノーリサーチで入ったので、やっぱり塩ですよね。
肉汁溢れそうなハンバーグステーキ来ました！
お塩無くても食べれそうな気もしますが、外がしっかり焼けて、中はふんわり。
これは美味しい！
付け合わせは、マッシュポテト、にんじん、ブロッコリー。にんじんが青臭さが残る仕上がりで残念。あとは美味しかったです。
毎月この辺りに来るので、インバウンド気にせずゆっくり食事出来る場所を探しています。
どなたかご存知でしたら、メッセージください。
2024年4月現在ですが、US牛のローストビーフのお店だそうですが、この歴史的円安で国産の方が安くなってるー(⌒-⌒; )だったら、絶対国産よねー。
