南俊郎氏の所作が拝見できる完全なオープンキッチン
カウンターのみのしつらえは自信のあらわれでしょう
青山通りから一本入った路地裏のさらにビルの2階というかなり隠れたところにあります
この路地裏ほかにも美味しそうなお店が軒を連ねています
メインの食材はもちろん、ミーシーの塩炒めなど、メインではない野菜も大変に美味しい
上海料理の基本をおさえつつ、食材の良さを引き出すために様々な工夫を凝らしています
最後の麺やチャーハンに至るまで大変に美味しかったです
