「発酵居酒屋5」は、世界中のあらゆる土地で綿々と受け継がれている食文化「発酵」をテーマに、気兼ねなく毎日通えることにこだわった居酒屋です。健康や美容を意識した様々な 「食」の時流があるなかで、当店は、日本のみならず世界各国に古来より根付いている食文化である「発酵」に着目 いたしました。 |
発酵居酒屋5を初めてランチで利用した。全く知らなかったがカフェカンパニーの店だった様だ。それにしてもほとんど女子だった。
オーダーしたのは発酵担々麺定食(1518円)をご飯抜きでお願いした。
しばらくして運ばれてきた発酵担々麺定食は、発酵唐揚げとナムルも付いていてどこが発酵かわからないけど発酵担々麺。豆乳ベースって別に発酵と簡潔ないよね？麺は冷凍麺の様なイマイチな食感。女子ウケ狙ったヘルシー志向の全粒粉でもないんだ。味は普通。
1518円って表参道だとしょうがないのかな。食後感はたっけえなだったけど。
