この日はじんや君の案内で『櫻井焙茶研究所』さんへ。
きっかけは種子島産の緑茶「No.2-11 しゅんたろう」。
その2022年の新茶のために機会を設けてくれました。
手摘み茶、ブレンド茶、焙じ茶、番茶、お薄それぞれに合わせたあてとお菓子がセットになったお茶のコースを、静かな空間で堪能させていただきました。
