東京メトロ千代田線表参道駅から徒歩3分ぐらい。銀座店とは違ってテイクアウトのみで国産小麦を使った角食パン、北米産小麦のプルマン、イギリスパンの3種のみを販売しています。
本日は角食パン1080円を購入。
翌日までは焼かずにそのまま食べることがおすすめとのこと。そのまま食べると、しっとり・もっちり感があり小麦の本来の風味と甘みを感じることが出来て旨いですね。
最後まで大変美味しく頂きました。ごちそう様でした。
