パンtokyo百名店、高級食パンの有名店。
フランスパンで有名な名店VIRONのル・スティル社が作った本当においしい食パンを届ける拘りのテイクアウト専門店。高級食パンブームの走りとなったこだわりパン。
土曜日11時前に訪問、渋谷から歩き15分、ウロウロ歩いたら、ビルの一階正面。
食パン2斤1080円を注文。
綺麗で高級な袋に入れてくれる。
パン切りナイフできると柔らかくも密度が高いので割と薄めに切れる。
食べるとやわらかくももっちりとして、旨みある。
これは美味い〜！
あと焼いてバターでいただくとなんとも、とくにハジの所、ちょうどバンの旨みが強くなって、激うま！でしたよー
