家族の食事会で土曜日に予約して訪問しました。
初めていただくペルー料理に期待が高まります。
それぞれランチコース、ようこそペルーコース、その他気になる料理をアラカルトで注文しました。お酒はスパークリングワインやペルー産ビール、ピスコサワー、ピスコモヒート、カムカム等を試し飲みしてみました。 前菜のセビーチェは真鯛やホワイトコーン、野菜のマリネであっさりしていて食べやすかった。もうひとつのペルー風ポテトサラダはまるでケーキのような美しさで映えますね。その後温前菜の海老の炭火串焼き、牛ハツの炭火串焼きに続きアスパラのクリームスープ、メインの牛ヒレ肉、たまねぎ、トマト、じゃがいものソテーや子羊のパクチー特製ソース煮込み&ピューレ、ペルー産唐辛子ロコトの牛肉詰めロースト、鴨肉のローストとパクチーライス等をシェアして堪能しました どれも美味しいですね✨ パクチー系もジェノベーゼのような感じで嫌いな人でも美味しくいただけると思います❗ ピスコサワー、ピスコモヒートも料理を邪魔せず美味しかったです。又行きたいお店のひとつになりました⤴️ ちなみに姉妹店が2/28に新丸ビルにオープンするそうなので、そちらにも伺いたいと思います☺️
