gentleの地下のお寿司ではなく、イタリアンは実に2.3年ぶりですが、今回とてもおいしかったです。コースでお願いしたのですが、一品一品量もしっかりしていて、しっかりとしたお味でした。雰囲気は相変わらず抜群で、周りは、女性同士で来てるインスタグラマーのような方々が多かったイメージです。
前菜は何を頼んでも美味しい。
パスタも2種類頼みましたが、どちらも凄いセンスを感じました。
メインの黒毛和牛はガッツリ量があり、2皿頼んでしまったのを後悔しました。
お魚は、寒鰆のソテー、皮もパリッとしていて、とっても美味しい。
少し残念だったのが、誕生日のサプライズで用意してもらったバースデイケーキ(デザート)です。
以前はショートケーキの小さいホールのようなものでしたが、チーズケーキのようなものひなっていて、美味しかったが、個人的にショートケーキが大好きなので微妙でした。
しかし全体的にとてもレベルアップしていたように感じました！イタリアンのシェフ変わったのかな？
