表参道駅から歩いて10分弱位。
春の天気の良い日だったので、青山学院の脇の道を歩いて行きました。
レストランに到着すると、まず圧倒されるその雰囲気佇まい。
扉が開いて入店すると、まずはウェイティングコーナーへ。
ギャルソンに席に案内されます。
この辺の雰囲気もグランメゾンらしいです。
ワインはペアリングでオーダー。
まずは、シャンパーニュで乾杯！
アミューズは、味のついた小さなクロワッサン。
前菜3種は、フランスの古典的な料理を現代風にサービスされました。
Champagneにもよく合います。
続いてのオードブルは、
カツオの軽いマリネ サラダ仕立てニース風
白ワインによく合うメニューです。
魚料理は、
真鯛のヴァプール マスタードのヴィエノワーズ 新玉ねぎのクレーム
しっかりとした白ワインで合わせます。
肉料理は、
和牛ミスジ肉のロティ 黒オリーブのフラン グリーンアスパラ子と共に
とてもおいしいお肉でした、当然赤ワインです。
美味しいデセールと小菓子の提供の仕方も楽しいです。
この贅沢な雰囲気と、料理とサービスで、価格的にも満足でした。
