ランチで伺いました。
カンテサンスのスーシェフだった根本憲一氏のお店ということで、気になっていたお店の一つでした。
お店は地下ですが、彩光が取れるようになっており、席もゆったりしており、木の温もりを感じさせるウッディな店内から爽やかなランチタイムを予感させます。
コースは9350円のみ。
私たちはワインもボトルで頂いたので、それなりのお値段になりました。
ワインもとても良いものも揃えており、充実しています。
お料理は以下の素材がメインで使われているお皿が順番に提供されます。
穴子

鶉
利平栗

全てのお皿が全部美味しかった。
魚介類が多めなのも特徴的で、だからこそ全体的に軽くいただけました。
特に印象的だったのは穴子の前菜。新鮮なセリが良いアクセントでした。
また特筆すべきは各テーブル用に焼きたてのパンを提供してくれること。焼き上がったパンを持ってきてくださり、すぐにカットして提供してくれます。これが焼きたてなので、とても美味しい。周りはサクッとしていて、中はふんわり。気をつけないとここでたくさん食べてしまいお腹いっぱいになってしまうので、パンのペースのコントロールには要注意です。
最後には今回はハーブティーをいただき、充実したランチタイムが終了となりました。
