2021年9月にオープンした北青山の複合施設｢ののあおやま｣の1階にあるオールデイレストランです。表参道駅からは徒歩5分程度、閑静な住宅街の中に突如出現する緑豊かな施設で、こちらはその中でもオープン当初から人気なので特に土日は待ち必須です。池袋の人気ビストロ｢ラシーヌ｣の姉妹店で、池袋の方は学生時代(もう10年以上前？)に行ったことがあり、ここで頂いた焼き立てパンは美味し過ぎて今でも覚えています。
この日も土曜日の11時30分とやや早めに到着したつもりが、時すでに遅し。店内は満席で、先客3組ほど。ウェイティングリストに名前を記入し、呼ばれるのを外で待つシステム。ファミリー層が多いということもあり、回転率は遅く、40分弱待ち、ようやく入店。テラス席利用だったのですが、特にヒーター的なものはなく、ひざ掛けで寒さをしのぎます。周りもジャケットを着たままの方もいて、寒そうでした。笑
《頼んだもの》
・季節のリースサラダ 特製クロワッサン、チャバタ(1,700円)

サラダはその名の通り、リースのようにドーナツ形に盛り付けられ、女子受け抜群だし、写真映え！レタスをベースにミニトマトやブロッコリー、黄人参、アスパラガス、じゃがいも、トッピングにはチキンや干海老など色とりどり。ドレッシングは新玉ねぎと有機青じそを使った、どろっと濃厚なタイプで、これがめちゃめちゃ美味しい。玉ねぎと青じそって、香り強そうなコンボですが、クセは無く、ふわっと爽やかに香る大葉がサラダの野菜たちと相性抜群。わがまま言うと、もう少し野菜の量があったり、生野菜だけでなく、グリルやボイルなど調理法が異なった野菜が入っていると嬉しかったです。
セットで付いてくるクロワッサンは、ぽってりと大き目サイズで外はパリパリ、バターの油脂っぽさは控えめで食べやすいタイプ。添えられた苺ジャムやクロテッドクリームで味変も出来て◎チャバタは冷めてしまったからか、ちょっと油っこさが出てしまい、生地も固く残念。。。サラダランチで一見ヘルシーですが、パンまでしっかり完食すると、ボリューム的にも満足です。
料理を注文すると、まずパンが出されるのですが、サラダが届くまでに10分以上経ってしまい、せっかくの美味しいパンが冷え切ってしまったので、提供タイミングは改善された方が良いかなと。とはいえ、緑豊かな空間で綺麗なお料理を頂きながら楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。ごちそうさまでした！
