最近オープンしたと知り合いから紹介されながら、月曜の夜はディナーをやってないなどで、中々訪問できずのお店でした。
オーナーのみゆきさんのこだわりが至る所に染み込んでいて、店内も、厨房の前のカウンターなども、薬膳とヴィーガンがプンプン(^^)
頼んだのは6,000円コース。
ドリンクは自分が世界初薬膳ハイボール1,200円、連れはシャンパン。シャンパンに何か言うこともないけれど、薬膳ハイボールは、それなりに薬膳香るハイボールでした。
次はニュージーランド産シラーのオーガニックワイン赤を頂きました。
ワインとしてはリーズナブルですが、全体的にドリンクは高め。
帰り際にみゆきさんに「飲み放題やってよ」「やります」と言って頂いたので、乞うご期待。
さて肝心の料理はヴィーガン料理を食べ慣れてる自分でも、ほう〜とか、成る程などの感嘆詞が毎度口をついて出て来ます。
もう味を伝えるのが大変なので写真見て下さい。
前菜のサーモンに見えるのは蒟蒻です。
2枚目はホワイトアスパラとグリーンアスパラですが、衣が最高❗️
ソイミートの黒酢餡かけは、大きな一つと小さな二つで、小さな方がとても美味しいのに、大きいのと一緒ですと言われて、火の入り方が変わるから？とか複雑に考えてしまいましたが、酸味の効いた黒酢が全然尖ってないんですよね
〆のラーメンが、もうなんと言ったら？(^◇^;)
ワイン飲んで疲れた胃袋を「ほら、元気になりな❗️」と揺り起こしてくれる様な優しさ‼️
麺も美味しくプリプリ、スープにはキノコが沢山入っていて、ランチにこれが普通サイズで玄米とのセットなら、毎日通っちゃいますね
キャッシャー横のカウンターにクッキー並べてますけど、最後のデザートで頂きました。
これがまたサクサクして、甘みは自然、添加物をゼロだから当たり前だけど感じない秀逸なもの。
女医の亀田先生の娘さん、さゆりさんの渾身の作ですから、ぜひ食べてみて下さいね
一緒に頂いた桂花烏龍茶との相性も抜群で、最後まで堪能させて頂きました。
