青山界隈を歩き、ランチを探していると角に薬膳の看板が掲げてありとても興味深いので入ってみました！
『vegan veggie 嫦娥』
店内に入ると月マークやらモダンな内装で、中華とはまた違う印象ですが、なんだか落ち着きます。
全ての料理に化学調味料は使わず中国の高級生薬の出汁を取り入れたりとヴィーガン対応です。
注文はテーブルにある機械でやり取りができます。使う前に店員さんが教えに来てくれます。

（薬膳キノコスープ、ライス、デザート）
ライスも白米と玄米で選べます。
陶器に入った春雨。蓋を開けると湯気が立ち込めて
いい香り＆すごい美味しいそうー。
トッピングにイカとパクチーが乗っており、ひき肉ではなく大豆ミートだからかなりヘルシー。なかなか食べても減らないくらいのボリューム。
唐辛子️？が入っているから後追いでピリ辛です。
デザートは杏仁豆腐で、スープもこれまた優しい。
ヘルシーなんだけど、しっかり食べた感があります。
すぐにすすりましたが春雨の弾力がいい感じに喉越し。
メニューも豊富なので近くを通ったらまた行きたいです！
