イタリアンとフレンチがミックスしたような、フュージョン料理というのが適切かもしれません。
前はイタリアンレストランだったのですが、新しくなったみたいで気になっていたので行ってみました！

茶碗蒸しのような若干のフォアグラのフランとフカヒレ餡かけ 和牛のタルタルとキャビアを添えて
濃厚な和牛の味がしました。
源泉和牛フィレは、肉がしっとりして美味いです。
マイナス25度で熟成させた原木干し椎茸がふりかけられて、香りもいいです。
シェフマルケージオマージュ seveオリジナル仕立て
インパクト大です。
リゾットですが、ご縁金箔が乗ってました。
