最初のフォアグラのフランやばかった
ワインもこのフォアグラのフランに
ペアリングしてもらったんだけど
これが合いすぎてて感動。。
甘くてちょっとコクがあるかんじの白
ワインはペアリングメニューもあったから
お金に余裕があるなら
お料理ごとにペアリングしてもらったワインを
出してもらうのがよさそう
メインのお肉には
マイナス25度で半年熟成した椎茸を
トリュフみたいに削ってかけていくよ
香りがすごい～～～
