・週末の11:25頃の訪店で、先客＆後客共に無し
・カウンター席のみで、洗練された雰囲気

目の前のコンロ上で仕上げてくれますので、グツグツの熱々状態♡
2～3時間は煮込んでいると言う鶏肉は、スプーンで持ち上げれば
崩れていくホロホロ状態でありまする～(^^♪
内部にはモチ米、クコの実程度で、滋養強壮の素である
朝鮮人参のお姿はお見掛けせず、日本的な滋養強壮モノが
入っているのかも知れませんが、メニューにも Instagram にも
記載されていませんし、提供時にも説明無しでしたので？？？
粘度を感じられるスープは味付け濃い目ですので、
お酒のアテには丁度いい商品ですね（苦笑
