地獄鍋をお取り寄せで食べ、いつかお店に行きたい…と、兼ねてから思っていました。
金夜に訪問。
早速、キムチと牛もも炙り刺と地獄鍋を注文。
キムチは奥行きのある深い味わいで辛さも引き立つ美味しさです。
もも炙り刺は、赤みの旨味がぎゅっとしており、でも、柔らかさがすごいので、スルスルっと食べれました。
御目当ての地獄鍋はやっぱり美味しいですね！辛さは結構あるのに、モツの脂とかがうまく包んでおり、辛いもの苦手な連れも美味しく食べれてました。
牛もつが丁寧に下処理されているのがしっかりわかるくらい、雑味がなく美味しいですし、なんせ量がたくさんなので大満足できます。
ちなみにお取り寄せで食べれる地獄鍋と比較すると、ややお取り寄せの方が脂が多めですが、かなり再現度高いと思います！
なので、遠方の方はまず取り寄せてみるのが良いかと！
そのほかにも漢方牛のシンシンや黒毛和牛のまぼろしの黒タンなど、ちょっと単価の高いお肉もいただきました。
漢方牛はいいご飯を食べてきた牛だからか、肉質が柔らかく、旨味がぐんっとくる感じです！
幻の黒タンは言うまでもなく美味しいですね。
味付けもお肉の質もしっかりしているなぁと感心してしまいました。
飲み物も種類がたくさん、薬膳のお店でもあるので変わったものもあります。
体調次第で味が変わると言われる五味茶を飲みましたが、すっぱ苦い感じかしました。連れはすっぱしょっぱいって言ってましたね。
外苑前からちょっと歩きますが、行く価値あり。神宮球場で野球見た帰りでも寄ってくださいな。
