土曜のランチに天青定食を予約して訪問。
サラダの後に、カリカリで味の濃い海老頭から始まり、海老の身、くわい、蓮根、ワカサギ、茄子、キス、舞茸、穴子、かき揚げ(天茶)と出てきました。
季節を感じさせる食材を含め、みな繊細に美味しく揚げられていて、油も重すぎません。
塩、レモン塩、天つゆを好きに使えますが、やはり塩が一番素材の甘さを引き出してくれる気がしました(その塩も粒が細かくて辛すぎず、素材を活かしてくれます。)。
後半は閉店を見据えてのことなのか、若干急ぎ足で出てきたので、ランチは遅くとも13時までに入店するほうが良さそうです。
繊細で重すぎず、季節の味を美味しくいただきたい方にオススメです。天青定食だとちょっと豪華なランチとなりますが、お味も雰囲気も量もきっと満足できるものと思います。
ただ、梅酒のお湯割りが薄すぎてほぼお湯でした(涙)
安かったわけでもないので、そこは少しだけ残念でした。。
