目の前のボーコンセプト(家具屋)の帰りにワンチャン行けるか覗いたら半個室の特別な感じのお席が空いておりタイミングよくラッキーでした。
天青天丼に黄身天を追加
活海老の脚も尻尾もパリパリで、ご飯も少し硬め、たれは甘くはなく少ししょっぱめで、厚すぎない衣に絡まってとても美味しかったです。
具沢山でこの品質で考えればお得感がすごい。
追加した黄身天は箸で刺すと黄身がとろり。しじみのお味噌汁も出汁がしっかりとしていて美味しかった。
カウンターで天ぷら定食を頼んでいる方が雲丹やらおもしろそうなネタをアラカルト注文していてとても気になりました。次回は天ぷらで再訪しようと決めました。
