It's on Aoyama Street, but it's underground, so I've always been interested in this shop but never got around to visiting it. I visited for an early dinner as it seemed empty. Apparently they have large servings, but since all of the pastas looked delicious, I decided to have two dishes. Menta pasta topped with grated radish, perilla leaves, and seaweed. A very delicious combination of spiciness and refreshing taste. Another dish is eggplant and bacon finished with butter and soy sauce. Again, the eggplant and bacon go well with the light buttery soy sauce flavor. However, I was able to enjoy the quality of my choice. The chef prepares each item one by one, so it takes some time, but if you order two items, that's just the right amount of time. The noodles are chewy and chewy, making them very easy to eat. There's often a line at lunchtime, which makes sense. I would like to continue to take advantage of any available spots and aim to conquer all menus. Thank you for the meal.
