外苑前駅から徒歩3分の『モンテ アスル』さんを予約の上、平日のランチタイムに訪問しました。

こちらは、1955年創業、パン製造や生ハム、ソーセージなどの肉製品の取り扱いを手掛ける「コダマ」さんが経営する欧風料理のお店。種類が豊富なサラダバーをはじめ、生ハム、サラミ、パエリア、パスタ、カレー、ドリンクバーやデザートもブッフェ形式で楽しめます(^.^)
今回は90分2,200円のランチをいただきました。

まずはサラダバーを取りに行くと約40種類の産直野菜が並び、少しづつ色々な種類をいただくことに。普段、こんなにたくさんの種類の野菜を食べることもなく、野菜不足になりがちですが、ここではモリモリいただけるのが嬉しいですね！生ハムやパン、パスタもいただけて満足です(^.^)
