外苑前にあるインド料理店です。
平日の遅めのランチタイムに利用しました。
ランチは北・南、両方のメニューがあり、南はドーサが２種類。
この種の両方やってます系のお店のドーサは、なんちゃってドーサだったりすることが多いのでやや懸念もありましたが、好物のドーサをここのところしばらく食してないこともあり、シンプルなほうの「マサラドーサ」のランチを注文しました。
900円でマサラドーサにサンバル、ココナッツチャトニ（メニューの表記は「チャタニ」だったり「チャツニ」だったりしているので、８文字目はタ行だったら何でもいいみたいです）、サラダが付きます。
チャイ（アイス）を加えると+100円で、計1,000円（税込）。
そのドーサですが、なんちゃってなことは全くなく、中空がちゃんと保たれた筒状の造形、きれいなキツネ色のグラデーションにパリッとした食感と、これは南インド料理のプロが焼いた、本物のドーサです。
疑ってしまい、失礼しました。
付け合わせのサンバルしか食べていないのでカレーの実力は不明ですが、ドーサに関しては期待を裏切らない水準です。
これにドリンクが付いて1,000円というのは、場所を考えてもかなりお得。
次に来る機会があれば、カレーを試してみるかドーサをリピートするか、ちょっと悩ましくなりそうです。
