さて今日はどこでお昼ごはんを
食べようか。
まだ正月休みの店が多い中
インド料理の名店がやっているという
情報を得て行ってきました。
アヒリヤ 青山店
2014年8月23日オープン
北インド料理のイメージがある
アヒリアですが
青山店は南北両方のインド料理が
楽しめるそうです。
セレブな雰囲気立ち込める
青山エムズタワー
アヒリヤ青山店は
その中にありました。
店内は品のある雰囲気。
代々木店は建物が古いですが
こちらはとてもきれいです。
インド人と思われる
男性数名がお出迎え。
気さく..ではないですが
質問に丁寧に答えてくれる
心地の良い接客です。
シェフはデリーの有名南インド料理店
サガールラトナの副料理長を
勤められた方なんだとか。
ランチタイムは
5種類のセットが用意されています。
北インドと南インドが両方ある！
●ラバオニオンマサラドーサ

ふぁ～！いい香り～！
そして...独特な形状の
ドーサが出てきました。
ドーサの他にカトリが4つに
サラダが付いてきます。
これだけついて1200円はお得感アリ。
穴がボコボコ開いている
長方形のドーサは
もちもち＆パリパリ食感。
これ美味しい～
普通のドーサより好きかも～
オニオンの甘さと
焦げの部分の香ばしさが
たまりません。
スパイスで味付けされた
じゃがいもも入っています。
そんなに多い量じゃないので
さくっと頂けちゃいます♪
それにサンバル、ラッサム
ココナッツ＆トマトチャタニ
が付いてくるのでドーサに
つけていただきます。
サンバルとラッサムは
具材が入っておらずスープのみ
ですが、それがとても美味しい。
酸味と辛味が強くパンチある味付け。
それにターメリックライスが
ついてくるので
ラッサムをかけて。
あ～これめっちゃおいしい！
それに胡麻ドレッシングがかかった
ミニサラダが付いてきます。
●チャイ100円
シルバーの美しい形の
カップに入って出てきました。
甘さはなく自分で足すタイプ。
スパイスは控えめで
紅茶とミルクの味を楽しみました。
セットを頼むと
チャイ・ラッシー・コーヒーが
100円で追加オーダーできます。
激安！
スイーツも食べたかったですが
予算オーバー
なので諦めました。
美しい空間でいただく
南インド料理。
予想より美味しく満足でした！
正月ということもあると思いますが
とても空いていてゆったり食べられて
良かったです。
青山の穴場なのかもしれない。
