゛究極のカルボナーラ〝と謳うカルボナーラ押しなお店。
東京メトロ外苑前駅徒歩8分、外苑西通りから少し入ったビルは半地下にあります。席は僅か9席、想像していたよりもこじんまり。でも、土曜日ランチは満席。ちょっと期待できるかな。果たして、料理のお味はいかに(*´∇｀)ﾉ

・野菜は朝6時に契約農家から採れたての野菜を送ってもらう

カルボナーラの完成度ならば、国内TOPクラスでしょう。他のメニューは気になる点があったが、目当てのカルボナーラが美味しかったから、まぁいいかな。ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m
