裏手側の入口から６階へ
店内は縦長のバースタイル
カウンターの内側がキッチン
店主は会社勤めから飲食に転身
バーで務めた後に経営の道に進む
共同経営として新宿でビストロ出店
その後に独立して神保町でワインバー
好調に進みソムリエ資格をとり下地作り
しかし体調を崩して一時は飲食から離れる
職を重ねながら再び独立のチャンスに会う
２０１５年に外苑前にてラザニア専門店
ラザーニャ・ラザーニャを開店させる
開店当初はランチとディナーの営業
深夜まで営業しフル稼働していた
しかし無理もあり夜のみ営業へ
とにかくラザニアを指向して
ラザニアと合わせたワイン
ディナー営業の店となる

アルバリーニョと合わせる

ラザニアはボロネーゼソースで
少し小振りなラザニアが登場する
チーズがかかり良く焼かれ香ばしい
ナイフを入れて割ると流れ出すチーズ
ボロネーゼソースの挽肉は荒くて本格的
パスタは柔軟でサクッと切れて食べやすい
トマトの酸味が抑えられたボロネーゼソース
パスタと重なり合いチーズから濃厚な味わいに
層も楽しく切れてしっかり食べ応えあるラザニア
