For today's lunch, I had gapao rice. This is the lunch menu of another Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Yakiniku (Grilled meat) located about three doors down from the one where I had the horse toro donburi last time. After climbing the stairs and opening the entrance door on the second floor, I found a small restaurant with eight counter seats and three raised tables for four people. As it was late, around 1pm, there was only one other customer. I had seen it on the sign at the bottom of the stairs, so I sat down at the counter and ordered gapao rice. This gapao rice has a strong flavor of fried chicken with basil, which went down well with rice. However, I asked for it to be made without coriander this time, so Ethnic Cuisine feel may have been quite diluted. To be honest, 1,100 yen for this is not a very good value for money...
