肉々しいサンドイッチ
数年前にニューヨークにある「カッツ・デリカテッセン」という超有名老舗B級グルメ店でパストラミサンドイッチを食べました。
その凄い見た目にそっくりなサンドイッチをインスタで発見したのですぐに訪問する事に。
電話で予約済のテイクアウトであります。

ん～、美味すぎ！！無心で食らいつき、完食してしまいますwステーキサンドは薄めのステーキを何層にも重ねて、肉の食感が思ったよりもしっかりしてますねぇ。サンドイッチ食べてるって言うよりも肉をガシガシ食べてるって印象の方が強いです。もちろん味も良いですよ♪パストラミサンドは塩気が結構強いっすね。でも本場ニューヨークの「カッツ・デリカテッセン」の方がもっと塩が強くてパサパサしてましたから、こっちの方がずっと美味しい♪ と言うわけで大満足でありました。

とある平日の夜、仕事を終えて一人ディナーのチャンスがやってまいりました。
コロナ禍においてテイクアウトのみの利用をした経緯のあるこちらのお店。
炭火焼きステーキが自慢で、テイクアウトはステーキサンドのみだったのでちゃんとステーキを食べたいと思っていたところです。
都心にもかかわらず駐車場を完備しているところも私にとっては魅力的でした。
突然思い立って約３０分前に予約を取って訪問しますと、コロナ禍の閑散とした雰囲気とは打って変わり、店内はかなり賑わっている様子です。
席に座ってメニューを見ると、コース料理もあるようでしたのでこちらを注文しました。
The Burn Course 8000円(+4900円)
①ジャガイモのポタージュ、豆乳、ココナッツミルク、エゴマ風味

③真鯛のカルパッチョ、焦がした胡瓜のソース
④久津間さんのサラダ、カシュ―チーズと柚子ヴィネグレット(生ハム追加+400円)

⑥経産黒毛和牛サーロインの炭火焼

比較的アッパーなステーキ店ではありますが、ウルフギャングやベンジャミンと比べるとコースで10000円以内に収まる感じなんですね。ポタージュ、真鯛カルパッチョ、サラダのクオリティは想像していたよりもちょっと上を行く印象です。黒毛和牛は経産牛ですから赤肉の歯ごたえが良いです。しかしステーキを食べに来たわりに量が少ない。年甲斐もなくハラミステーキを追加してしまいました(汗) どちらも炭火焼なのでジューシー感があり、火入れも良いと思います。想定内ではありますけれども、肉を食べたい衝動は満たされました。おしゃれでありながらカジュアルなので、気軽に訪問でき、様々なシーンで使える良いステーキ店だと思います。
