お洒落なグリルレストランの創作パスタランチ。
青山一丁目の交差点にあるビル地下のお店。
いわしやと同じフロアです。
昼のランチは、一時半までなので早めの訪問です。
ハンバーガーやステーキなどアメリカンスタイルの肉料理も美味しそうですが、オンリーワンのパスタメニューをオーダー。
本日のパスタは、ジャークチキンとパイナップルのパスタ…トッピングのパクチーはお好みで。
これにケールのサラダがついてきます。
ケールサラダは、オリーブオイルとゴマであえてあり、独特の苦味で、束の間のヘルシー感に満たされます。
パスタの方は、やや太めのスパゲッティ。
ジャークチキンはジャマイカンな感じは薄いものの、パスタソースにコクがでていてなかなかうまい。
パインナップルとトマトの角切りが爽やかで、なんともオリジナリティーのあるパスタです。
さらにパクチーがエスニック感を注入。
料理としてのパスタの懐の深さを実感！
モルタルのフロア、葡萄のかたちのシャンデリア、高級感のあるテーブルと椅子で、お洒落なニューヨーカー気分。
リピ決定、次回は肉料理を試してみます。
