地下鉄青山一丁目駅出口から徒歩0分。
ランチ営業開始直前に到着したところ、
待ち行列がありましたが、
予約者優先で店内案内となるので、
予約あった方がいいかと思います。
頂いたのは“黒毛和牛の炭火焼ハンバーグのパスタ”。
友人は“十勝若牛ブランチステーキプレート”。
“黒毛和牛の炭火焼ハンバーグバスタ”は、
麺の上にソース、の上にハンバーグ、の上に卵黄と、
積み上がったワンディッシュスタイル。
最上部で崩れた卵黄が、
割ったハンバーグからの肉汁に混じり、
それが下に落ちてパスタソースに混じるという、
目の前で起きる美味しい化学反応にワクワクしつつ、
最終アウトプットとして、
バランスのとれた様々な味のハーモニーを
堪能できるという素敵なソースが仕上がっています。
一方、パスタの麺は「ZENB NOODLE」という
豆から作られた麺だそう。
ヘルシーと美味しさの選択なら、
美味しさをとる私としては、
「大丈夫かな？」とちょっと不安でしたが、
実食してみてビックリ。
トッピングされているのが、
スパイスが効いたエスニック感強めの
ソースであることもあるのでしょうが、
全く違和感がなく、普通の麺の食感で、
全体としてよくまとまっていて、
とても美味しいです。
「健康志向の食材＝どこか物足りなく不自然」の
先入観が個人的にあってしまいましたが、
こちらのお店でその誤った思いこみを
正すことが出来ました。
自分だけだったら
お目にかかれないもの、気づけないものを
外部から提案してもらえるのも、
外食の楽しみの一つですね。
面白い新発見をさせていただき、
あらためて外食って有意義だなと認識しました。
