青山一丁目駅から徒歩1分ととても好立地な場所にお店はありました
青山周辺でお店を探しているとこちらのお店を発見
事前に調べたところ強火の炭火で香ばしく焼き上げた国産牛の熟成肉をメインに、オーガニックな野菜などをシンプルに塩で頂けるとの事でとても楽しみにしておりました
17:30にスタンダードコースを予約し訪問。
結論から申しあげます........
最高の洋食を頂けてとても大満足です

塩で食べたのですがめっちゃくちゃ香ばしお肉の旨味が凝縮されていて最高‼️
マスタードでも食べましたがマスタードも美味しい唐辛子のピクルス美味しくあっさり食べれます
