日本青年館で草彅剛さんの舞台 シラの恋文 を観に
来ました。でランチ利用です。
食べログで外苑前ランチで検索、こちらがヒット
しました。
1500円のおばんざいランチと200円のプチデザート
と500円のコーヒーも付けました。
QRコードで注文で、操作間違えたのかご飯がすっごく
小盛りでびっくりでした。
お代わりできるとレビューで見ていたのでお代わりを
お願いしました。
おばんざいは4種の木の子の卵焼き、かぼちゃの
そぼろ餡かけ、鳥貝とホタテの酢の物、春菊と舞茸の
胡麻和え、鯖の揚げもの、油揚げの味噌汁、お漬物
どれも薄味で糖質控えめな感じか良いです。
卵焼きは苦手ですが木の子がたっぷりなので半分食べ
られました。
ご飯が私にはちょっとポソポソに感じてしまいました
がおばんざいはどれも好みのお味でした。
200円デザートのミニあんみつはじゃばら柑の
マーマレードと低糖質餡が少しずつ乗ってお口直し
にとても良かったです。
1階ではお会計とお惣菜とお弁当の販売をしています。
素敵なお店でした。
