海味の時代に何度も通わせて頂いていましたが、その時よりだいぶ進化している。
ネタはその頃の比じゃないね。
マグロも最高、他の魚もレベル高いし、つまみの適度な創作性も素晴らしい。
葛の温麺で海老入りなど。かなり面白い。
シャリの硬さ、赤酢もいい感じ。贅沢を言えばもう少しだけほんの少しシャリが大きい方が私的にはシャリの味も感じられて好き。
コストパフォーマンスも含めて素晴らしいお鮨屋さんになりましたね。
昔の威勢の良いお迎えなどがなくなったのは、少し残念でしたが、味がかなり上がっていたので良いと思います。
