南青山にある龍吟さんの血統のお店。
写真を見ていただければと思いますが、これ絶対にうまいヤツだろというビジュアルの料理が立て続けに登場。
序盤カラスミ、セイコで胸がグッと熱くなった後の松茸のオンパレード。
最後はイクラたっぷりの松茸ご飯と鯛ラーメンで締め。
江戸切子で目も楽しませながらのあっという間の2時間半でした。
大将も気さくで話しやすく、早めに予約をしておかないと今後行きにくくなるお店の一つになるかもしれません。
しっかりと後進を育成されている龍吟も間接的に評価が上がりました。
早期退職して江戸切子作家になろうかな。
