外苑前駅を出て、青山通りより外苑西通りに入り、暫く歩いたところ。知らずに通ると入れないと思うので、ぶら散歩ではまず気付かないでしょう。
12時半からあっという間に2時間、貸し切り状態の、上質な心地よい空間。SAI-IKI Tripとタイヤルバイツェン、花見アディクトを注文。
SAI-IKI Tripはうっすらジャスミンの香りに、茶葉の風味が口に広がり、なかなか飲みやすい。タイバルバイツェンは、一口目は香辛料が広がりやや癖があるかなと感じましたが、シナモンぽさの後にレモングラスと生姜が口に広がり、うんうんうんうん。マスカルポーネと一緒に飲んでいるうちに、どんどんまろやかに。凄く飲みやすいビールに変化していきました。花見アデクトは、一口で直ぐに桜の風味が口一杯に広がり、後からベリーの雰囲気が。ベルギーの酒造で飲んだあの味を少し思い起こさせます。
新宿にある、Y.Y.G.ブリュワリー&ビアレストランの2号店だそうです。
