⼩⻨粉は⼀切使わないグルテンフリー。
使っている材料は選び抜かれたチョコレート
国産バター、卵、砂糖のみと⾄ってシンプルなのが特長。
私も以前、ちゃんと予約して新宿御苑近くの本店まで
いそいそと出かけたのを昨日のことのように憶えています…
が、ある休日。（ちなみに本店は日祝お休み）
期待して伺った某有名店がいっぱいで、あてが外れて青山通りをとぼとぼ彷徨っていると…
なんと見覚えがある「KEN'S CAFE TOKYO」の看板が！
一瞬目を疑いましたが、間違いありません。
慌てて、中に入って可愛い女性店員さんに確認すると
2022年の3月にニューオープンしたとのこと。
それに、ガトーショコラの在庫もあるというではないですか！

買わせていただきますよ♪
予約しなくても買えるようになったのは
喜ばしいこと。
もちろん、あまたあるこの種のお菓子の中でも
群を抜いて濃厚で美味しく間違いのないお味です(^^♪
