ビジネスマンのみならず、買い物ついで寄り道ランチをする方々で賑わう青山ツインビル地下レストラン街。
昨年オープンしたチェーン店のランチでは有りますが、場所柄比較的お安いラインナップが人気。
一番人気は牛タンシチュー・伊勢中オリジナルビーフシチューソースみたいですが、味噌入りデミグラスというキーワードに惹かれて迷わずハンバーグをオーダー。
入店時にPayPayで支払いを済ませ、指定の席に着席。
あまり待たずにランチセットプレートで到着。
土鍋焼された松坂牛ハンバーグに、伊賀味噌蔵の味噌入りデミグラスソースがたっぷり。
サイドにはジャガイモ、ブロッコリー、人参グラッセ。ハンバーグ下にはスパゲッティが鎮座してます。
ご飯はセルフサービスでお代わり自由ですが、横にある生卵は一つまで無料です。
壺に入っている胡瓜のしば漬けもお好きなだけ追加出来ますが、このしば漬けが柔らかく大きく、ジューシーで美味しい。
久しぶりに美味しいしば漬けに出会いました。
デミグラスソースと生卵、しば漬けでご飯がどんどん進むので、お気をつけくださいね。
