特別な日に選んだこの隠れ家レストランは、まさに記念日に相応しい素晴らしい体験を届けてくれました。オープンキッチンからはシェフの熟練の技が垣間見え、豊富なワインの種類も心躍ります。料理はどれも絶品で、シェフの人柄も温かく感じました。
こちらのレストランを切り盛りするのは、日本の名店やイタリアの星付きリストランテで腕を磨いたオーナーシェフ、天野さん。そのバックグラウンドだけでも期待が高まりますが、実際に訪れてみてその期待を上回る料理のクオリティに驚きました。シェフはパスタコンクールで優勝した腕前を持ち、毎日手伸ばしで織りなす手打ちパスタはまさに芸術品です。
料理はシンプルかつ伝統に裏打ちされたアイデンティを感じ、一つ一つの皿にシェフの真摯な想いが込められていることが分かります。オープンキッチンならではの臨場感もあり、シェフとのコミュニケーションも楽しめました。ここはまさに、贅沢な味覚と素敵な雰囲気が調和した特別な場所。記念日にふさわしい、心に残る素晴らしいひとときを提供してくれるお店です。
