ラベットラダオチアイに長くいらした方が独立されたとオチアイが大好きという友人のオススメで初訪問。
場所は外苑前から青山一丁目方向に2-3分のビル内1Fの奥にあり
ちょっとわかりにくく知る人ぞ知る感があります。
いただいたおまかせコース9000円
・ビアディーナ
ピタパンのようなもの。中には石鯛とルッコラ、リコッタチーズ
熱々でスターターにはぴったりの一品。
・カルパッチョ/金柑
新鮮メジマグロのカルパッチョに金柑が良いアクセント
・牡蠣のインパデッラ
焼いたぷりぷりジューシーな牡蠣とサラダ
・スズキのヴィツェンティーナ 桜エビ
スズキのローストに駿河湾産の桜エビをたっぷりのせて
・スパゲッティ 白子と菜花
・タリアテッレ 地鶏と銀杏
・島豚ＫＡＺＵＧＯＲＯのロースト

ワンオペでいながらこの品数の多さ。パスタリゾットが3品も！！
良心的な価格設定でハイコスパと言えるかと。
今回はカウンター席利用。ワンオペでオープンキッチンなので目の前で調理をされていますが、手際の良さは見物かと。
ただこの日はテーブル席も予約が入っていて、サービスもおひとりでやられていたので少々キャパオーバーな印象も。
とはいえどのお料理も手抜きは一切なくパスタはどれも茹で加減も完璧。
良質な素材を使われていて非常に満足のいく料理ばかりでした。
お気に入りのお料理はビアディーナと白子のパスタ、豚のローストも良かったな～。
洋梨が入ったモンブランも新鮮味があってお気に入り～となり、
思い出せばどのお料理も秀逸でした。
少し遅めの時間でアラカルトをいただくのも楽しいかもと。
