イチョウ並木の隣、
伊藤忠商事がSDGsレストランを
オープンしたとのこと。
オープンからだいぶ経ちますが行ってみました。
大豆で作ったソイミートやソイバター、ソイチーズ。
植物性のハムもある。
陸上養殖のお魚、有機野菜。
ビールを作った後の廃棄物(?)から作ったグラノーラ。
地球や身体に良い食材をたっぷり使って、
ご飯を食べ終わった後は
なんかちょっといいことした気持ちになる。
イベントレストラン的な感じかと思ったら、
お料理も意外としっかりしてます。
メインディッシュはハンバーグ。
お肉と大豆ミートの両方を食べました。
ハンバーグは、、、やっぱりお肉ですね^_^
ミンチは荒めで歯応えがあり、ジューシー。
大豆ミートのほうは少しねちょっとしてます。
いちばん美味しかったのはデザート。
ハンデルスベーゲンのアイスと
抹茶のテリーヌが絶品。うまー！
アイスはアーモンドミルクと豆乳が入ってるみたい。
こちらはチョコチップ、ドライフルーツなど
いろいろトッピングができます。
料理はどれも小ぶりで価格は高め。
場所柄、まあ、コスパは求められないですね。
